To check subscriber growth, follow the steps below.
1. Go to CRM section
2. Find Subscription Status Chart
When you hover over the graph, you will see how many contacts with subscribed, unknown, and unsubscribed statuses you have in your database.
You can analyze the data from a selected time period (use the data picker in the top right corner of the screen to change the date range).
Remember to analyze data up to a maximum of a day back. If you select in the data picker the time range: specific date - today, the graph today will show incomplete data, very often close to 0. This is due to the aggregation of data in this section.
