To send a newsletter to a tag using Dynamic Newsletter, follow the steps below.
1. Click on ENGAGEMENTS
2. Click on DYNAMIC NEWSLETTER
3. Click on CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN
4. Put your campaign name
Save changes by clicking on yellow button on right side
5. Click on NEXT: SELECT LANGUAGE
6. Select a message without language division
If you want to create a newsletter in several language versions, select the message by language, mark which ones you want to choose and match them with the language version of the message, which you will prepare in the next steps.
7. Click on NEXT: SENDER
8. Select a sender from the list of predefined senders
You can also add new one
9. Click on NEXT : DESIGN
10. Create you newsletter in drag&drop
11. Click on COUPONS and add discount codes
If you anticipate sending discount coupons to customers in your newsletter. You can skip this step.
12. Click on NEXT : AUDIENCE
13. Click on Audience type and choose TAGGED
Adjust also subscription status of audience.
Choose option in TAG section:
Any - customers with any tag you choose from the list of available tags in the database
All - customers who will be assigned all tags that you select from the list of available tags
Exclude - exclude from shipment customers with assigned tag(s) that you select from the list of available tags
14. Click on NEXT: DATES
15. Schedule a shipment or send it immediately
16. Click on NEXT: REVIEW
17. Send test message and schedule campaign
If you choose to ship IMMEDIATELY in an earlier step, the START button will appear in place of the SAVE button.
