Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), is a multi-level authentication that uses two or more separate mechanisms to confirm a user's identity, rather than relying only on a simple username and password combination.

How to set up such security?

If you create another workspace using the same email address, you may have to configure the MFA on the login page.

Whether you configure MFA in the “Your Profile” section or on the login page, follow these steps:

  1. Download and install the Google Authenticator app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Once you have installed the app, open it and scan the QR code that appears.

  3. Enter the code that will appear in the app.

  4. Done!

NOTE: You will use Google Authenticator every time you log in. No code entry will be required when switching between workspaces.

If you are using MFA in more than one workspace, you can check the MFA code for the respective shop id or name in the authentication app. Each workspace will have its own individual code.

How do I configure an MFA for an address that doesn't already have one?

1. Click the name of your workspace to see your profile section

Click the name of our workspace to get the profile settings

2. Go to Your profile section

Click on Your profile

3. Scan the code you see in the Security section

Untitled step

If the MFA QR code is not visible in the indicated place, contact a person with SuperAgent status, or access to the Agents section. They will need to grant you the ability to create an MFA.
