How to nominate an Agent as a SuperAgent?
1. Click on Settings
2. Click on Agents
3. Expand the details of the Agent
4. Click on Promote to Superagent
5. Confirm your choice
Please note that if you grant the SuperAgent role and wish to revoke it, you will need to contact edrone support via chat or hello@edrone.me
How do I remove an Agent from my account?
If you want to completely remove a particular Agent from your account, you can do this yourself, also under Settings -> Agents. Once you have found the Agent in question, simply click the bin icon to permanently remove the user from the system.
However, you cannot remove SuperAgents from the account - this operation is also done by edrone support.
