The AI Assistant lets you create a newsletter based on your own idea. Describe the topic of your message and, if you want, pick the products to include – the system generates the content and a layout tailored to your campaign.
How to create a newsletter?
1. Go to Campaigns → Email
2. Start a new AI campaign
In the AI section at the top of the page, click the button to create a new campaign.
3. Describe your idea
Enter your own prompt, for example:
Create a newsletter promoting the new summer collection.
Prepare an educational campaign about skincare.
Write a newsletter featuring this month's bestsellers.
You can also use the ready-made ideas prepared for your store. Optionally, add a coupon or a link to a web page (for example, a blog post) – the AI will use the page as inspiration. The link is a dedicated option in the creator, so you don't need to paste it into the prompt.
4. (Optional) Select products
Choose the products that should appear in the newsletter. You can search for products by name or ID. If you don't want to feature products, you can create the campaign without them.
5. Create the newsletter and pick your favorite version
The AI Assistant now prepares two proposals: one made with AI Newsletter and one made with Email Studio. They're shown side by side, so you can compare them and choose the one you like best.
📌 Tip: generation usually takes up to a minute. Don't refresh the page while it's running.
6. Edit the newsletter
After you pick a version, you can freely customize the design and content before sending. You'll find a detailed description of the editors in these articles:
7. Send or schedule the campaign
Once you finish editing, send the newsletter right away or schedule it for later.
Good to know
You don't need to select products to create a newsletter.
AI Newsletter works for promotional, educational, and branding campaigns.
You can edit the content, products, and design of the newsletter after it's generated.
Your logo, brand colors, and company information are taken automatically from the Branding section.
You can duplicate a generated newsletter – it works the same way as for regular emails. Handy when you want to quickly create a variant of an existing campaign.
