To manage the number of contacts when switching to the Unlimited plan, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Upgrade to Unlimited
2. Choose the group of customers you want to import into edrone
All Customers – this option will import all customers from your e-commerce platform into edrone.
Recommended Customers – with this option, you will import only engaged customers.
Manual Selection – in this option, you can customize the database yourself using the plus and minus buttons:
3. Click the “Upgrade Plan” button
4. You will be redirected to the payment view, where you can add your payment card
