The Live Events tab in edrone shows you what's happening in your online store right now — in real time. Use it to watch Client activity as it happens, spot trends, and jump straight to a Client's profile or a product page from any event in the feed.
Live activity feed
The feed updates automatically every few seconds, so you always see the newest events first. Each event shows what happened (for example a product view, an added-to-cart, or an order), which Client it belongs to (or "Unidentified customer" if we don't have that data yet), and how long ago it happened.
Click Pause to freeze the feed if you want to read something without new events pushing it down. Click Resume to start it again.
Click on an event to go straight to the Client's profile or to the product page, so you don't have to search for it separately.
Store activity by location
Under the feed, you'll find a map showing where your visitors are, based on an estimate from their IP address. Each city on the map shows how many visitors came from there, so you can quickly see which regions are the most active.
Real-time stats (last 15 minutes)
At the top of the tab, four cards summarize the last 15 minutes of activity:
Events — total number of events recorded.
Events from identified customers — the percentage of those events that came from Clients we can identify.
Order events — number of orders placed.
Order event value — total value of those orders.
Traffic and event breakdowns
Below the map, a panel with three tabs breaks activity down in more detail:
What is happening — distribution of events by type, such as Product viewed, Homepage viewed, Added to cart, or Message sent.
Store devices — distribution of events by the device Clients used to browse your store.
Cities — distribution of events by city.
