What will I find in the Activity Overview tab?

The Live Interactions tab in the edrone system is a place where you can monitor your customers’ activity in real time, as well as the events happening in your online store.

For example:

  • Product views

  • Products added to the cart

  • Orders placed

  • Newsletter subscriptions

  • Flows customers entered after a specific action

On the right side of the screen, you will find a summary panel called “Recent Store Activity.” This section displays general indicators of the store’s performance within the selected period, allowing you to quickly track customer behavior and the results of the actions carried out.

In this area, you can find metrics such as:

  • Visitors — number of users who accessed the store;

  • Product views — number of times products were viewed;

  • Added to cart — total number of products added to the cart;

  • Messages sent — number of messages triggered by the system;

  • Orders placed — number of completed purchases;

  • Attributed to edrone — orders attributed to the platform’s actions;

  • New subscribers — customers who subscribed to the newsletter or became part of the contact database.

In addition, in the upper-right corner, you can select the analyzed period to view data from specific dates. This helps track trends, compare results, and analyze the performance of campaigns and store interactions over time.
