Question: How does the Smart Recommendation mechanism work?
Answer: The widget dynamically matches products to customers' interests based on their shopping behavior and viewed content. The system analyzes what customers are buying together, what products they have recently viewed, added to their shopping cart or bought, and takes into account general sales trends.
If the system doesn't find enough data to make recommendations based on previous purchases or behavior, the widget will display the best-selling products in recent times or the latest products from the store.
Question: How many products at most are presented by Smart Recommendations?
Answer: Always 12 products. If the system finds fewer than 12 relevant suggestions, it will automatically fill in the missing spaces with other popular or new products to ensure a complete and attractive presentation for the user.
Question: Where can we place the widget?
Answer: The widget will appear on every page of the store. It is not possible to enable it only on a specific page or product category.
Question: What will Smart Recommendations show on a customer's first visit to the site?
Answer: During a customer's first visit to the store, the widget will show the best-selling products in recent times or the latest products.
Question: How quickly do Smart Recommendations start working?
Answer: The system fills the widget with products as soon as it detects user interaction with an offer. If there is not enough data to generate recommendations, the widget can remain empty.
Question: What analytical reports are available for Smart Recommendations?
Answer: The system enables assisted conversion analysis. The available data is information on how many orders the recommendation widget participated in. However, we do not assign direct attribution to the widget.
Question: Will Smart Recommendations display products that are not available?
Answer: There may be times when the widget displays unavailable products, as recommendation models are based on the daily acquisition of product availability information. Products that were available on the day this information was acquired may be unavailable when the product feed is updated.
Question: What is the attribution process for a widget?
Answer: Attribution is assigned to orders that have interacted with the widget in a single session (e.g., clicking on a product or adding to a shopping cart).
Question: When does assisted conversion occur, and when does direct conversion occur?
Answer: There is no direct conversion in the widget. Instead, assisted conversion is assigned.
Question: On which platforms will it be possible to add a product to the shopping cart directly from the widget?
Answer: This feature is available for platforms: Shoper, Prestashop, Nouvemshop and Tray.
