In the CAMPAIGNS -> NEWSLETTER section, campaigns can have different statuses. Below you will find an explanation of them.

status CREATED

  • is assigned to a campaign that is under preparation. Such a campaign will be visible in the “draft” tab. You can continue editing such a campaign at any time. You can also duplicate it, or archive it.

status PLANNED

  • is assigned to a campaign that you have already prepared and scheduled for shipment on the date and time that was indicated. You can stop (remove scheduling) and archive such a campaign.

status ACTIVE

  • is assigned to the campaign that is currently being sent. This status can last up to 24 hours, as the system will make repeated attempts to send messages to the servers of email addresses that cannot accept the message at the moment. The rate at which this status changes to ENDED also depends on the size of the base to which the newsletter is sent. You can terminate it (stop sending) or duplicate a campaign with this status.

status COMPLETED

  • is assigned to a campaign that has been sent to the entire established group of recipients. You can resend (resend), duplicate, or archive such a campaign.

status TERMINATED

  • is set for a campaign that has been manually stopped. You can duplicate such a campaign (if you want to resend it) or archive it.
