A scenario can be stopped due to its manual deactivation - go to the Engage section, then find your scenario and go to Review to enable it again.
In addition, if your individual discount codes, which are awarded to customers for signing up for the newsletter in the welcome message, run out, the scenario will also stop. You will then receive a notification in the form of an email about the lack of coupons, which you can upload in the Coupons section when you go to a specific scenario.
How do I restart the scenario?
1. Click on ENGAGEMENTS
2. Click on NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION scenario
3. Click on REVIEW
4. Click on RESUME
