To send a newsletter to a tagged base, go to "Dynamic newsletter" and click on the "Recipients" tab. The next step, is to select from the available list the option: "TAGGED"
Next, we select the subscription status, to which users the message should be sent, and then select the option for tags:
ANY: if you have selected "Tag A" and "Tag B", the message will be sent to customers who have been tagged with either of these tags.
ALL: if you have selected "Tag A" and "Tag B", the message will be sent only to customers who are tagged with both of these tags.
EXCLUDE: if you have selected "Tag A" and "Tag B", the message will not be sent to customers to whom these tags are assigned.
If there is an import of customers into the system and a specific TAG is assigned to them, you will need to wait 24 hours to perform the newsletter mailing to the tagged base. However, if you want to execute the mailing earlier, you can do so by selecting "Dedicated newsletter" and in the "Recipients" section select "Static list".
