In order to use edrone's Facebook Ads features, you will need to integrate edrone with your Facebook Business Manager account.

Let's go over this process step by step!

Facebook Business Manager

Before we begin, you will need a Facebook Business Manager account with an active Ads Manager, and you need to have admin access to both. If you don't have it yet, see the instructions below. If you already have it, ignore this step.

  1. Go to

  2. Click Create Account.

  3. Enter a name for your business, your name and work email address and click Next.

  4. Enter your business details and click Submit.

How to integrate edrone with Facebook Business Manager

To begin, log in to your edrone Workspace and go to ADVERTISING. Click on the AUTHORIZE WITH FACEBOOK ADVERTISING button.

Then, click on the Continue with Facebook button. A new page will appear and request that you log in to your Facebook Account.

Once you log in, you will see a message that edrone is requesting access to your name and profile picture. This is standard practice and completely safe – it is required for the integration with Facebook Business Manager.

Click on the Continue as [your name] button.

Now you will see a similar message, this time requesting access to business-related permissions such as accessing your ad account and product catalogs. This is also standard practice and necessary for the purposes of our integration.

If you have more than one business connected to your Facebook account, you can select only the one you wish to integrate with edrone. To do that, click on the Choose what you allow button and select the correct option inside the Businesses section.

NOTE: please leave all other options are selected, otherwise your integration with edrone might not work correctly.

Once you click on the Continue button, you will be redirected to your Facebook Business Manager account.

Now you can go back to your edrone Workspace to complete the integration. You will see that the settings page (ADVERTISING > SETTINGS) will be populated with your Facebook Business Manager information.

Now you just need to select your Business account, Ads account, Catalog, and Facebook pixel.

If you don't have a catalog or a Facebook pixel, you will need to create them inside your Facebook Business Manager panel. See the links below for detailed information.

Once you have your Facebook Pixel and Catalog, go back to your edrone Workspace and select them from the Adversiting Settings page.

If you've integrated your Facebook Business Manager with edrone but can't find your fanpage, catalog and/or pixel on the settings panel, follow these instructions.

Check if the Facebook profile you used for integration definitely has full administrator rights (Facebook Business Manager > Settings > People).

If you have access to several business accounts, advertising accounts or pixels, you can choose which entities you would like to use from the drop-down list.

If you don't have a pixel installed on your store's website, thanks to edrone you can do it in one very simple way, without using any plugins or dealing with code. Just create a pixel in Business Manager, then paste the pixel ID into the appropriate field in Social Advertisement Settings in edrone. Below is a short instruction.
